Reporting a broken extraction
If an extension tells you the platform changed, the breakage has already been reported automatically and anonymously, and there is nothing you need to send. If instead the export succeeded but the data looks wrong, that is the case worth writing about: tell us the platform, what the file contained, and what you expected. Please do not paste review content into the email; a description is enough.
Billing
Credits are charged only for rows actually written to your file. If an export failed after being charged, the credits are returned automatically; if your balance still looks wrong, write to us with the date and the platform and we will check the ledger. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.
Account deletion and data requests
You can delete your account yourself from the Account screen of any ExportReviews extension. It is immediate and irreversible. For an access or erasure request by email, or any other question about personal data, use the same address; the privacy policy lists what is actually stored.
