Terms of service

What applies when you install and use an ExportReviews extension.

Last updated : 2026-08-02

Who operates the service

ExportReviews is operated by:

  • Company : Novastack

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

What the service is

ExportReviews is a set of browser extensions that export publicly visible review data from a page you have opened, to CSV, Excel (XLSX) or JSON. Extraction runs in your own browser session and the file is generated on your device. We do not extract on your behalf, and we do not receive the reviews you export.

The service also offers an optional analysis layer, Insights, which computes statistics from the rows you have already extracted. It runs on your machine as well.

Using the service and creating an account

You may use the free allowance without an account. Beyond it, you need an account, which is created with an email address: there is no password, and signing in sends a six-digit one-time code to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox, since it is the only way into your account.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country to purchase credits or a subscription.

Credits and pricing

One credit equals one exported row. The first 25 exported rows are free and do not require an account. Beyond that, credits are bought in one-off packs, and purchased credits do not expire. A single balance is shared across every ExportReviews exporter.

Credits are charged only for rows actually written to your file. If an export fails after credits were reserved, they are returned to your balance automatically.

Prices are shown on the site and inside the extensions, in US dollars, and may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought, nor a subscription period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan then remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe holds the payment data; we hold only the customer and subscription references needed to recognise your plan.

Refunds

Failed exports are refunded automatically in credits, as described above. Beyond that, if something went wrong on our side, write to us: we would rather refund a purchase than keep money from a tool that did not do what it promised. Consumer withdrawal rights that apply in your country apply in addition to this, and are not reduced by it.

Acceptable use

ExportReviews reads data you can already see with your own session. It does not sign in for you, defeat access controls, or reach private APIs. You agree not to use it to attempt any of those things, nor to circumvent a platform’s protections.

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not resell, redistribute or republish exported review content as your own.
  • Do not use the service to build profiles of individual reviewers.
  • Do not attempt to overload a review platform, and do not remove the pacing the extensions apply.
  • Do not resell access to your account, outside the team seats an Agency plan provides.

The platforms you export from

Every review platform has its own terms of service, and they differ. ExportReviews is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the platforms it can read. Using the service does not grant you any right over their content, and it is your responsibility to remain within the terms of the site you are on. If you plan to export at scale, read those terms first.

Personal data in exported reviews

A review that names or identifies a person is personal data. Once you export it, you decide what happens to it: you are the controller of that copy, and the usual obligations apply to you, not to us. We never receive it. Our own privacy practices are described in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The extensions, the site and their content belong to the operator. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for as long as these terms are respected. The reviews you export belong to their authors and to the platforms that host them, and nothing here transfers any right over them to you.

Availability and platform changes

Review platforms change their pages, and a change can break extraction without warning. When that happens the extension tells you honestly that the platform changed, rather than handing you an empty or incorrect file, and the breakage is reported to us anonymously so it can be fixed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that any given platform will remain exportable.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that an export will be complete or fit for a particular purpose, and you should check the data before relying on it for a decision. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us over the twelve months preceding it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from the Account screen of any extension: deletion is immediate and irreversible, and it removes the account, the balance and the billing references. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and where a breach is not deliberate we will try to say so before acting.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. A change that materially reduces your rights will be announced by email to account holders before it takes effect.

Contact

For anything relating to these terms, to an order or to your account, write to the support address listed on the contact page. One person reads it.
